This luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment is set on the small, exclusive Beau View development of just 11 luxury properties. Quietly situated in the hillside behind Coral Bay here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea, Coral Bay and the Paphos coastline.
From the front balcony you can enjoy stunning panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea, whilst the large private rear balcony with its separate living and dining areas, barbeque and sunbeds make it the perfect place to relax in privacy and enjoy an al fresco lifestyle.
As you walk through the apartment you will be presented with the most spectacular sea views that change constantly, whilst at night you will experience the twinkling night lights of the Paphos coastline making the place seem quite magical.
There are excellent local facilities in Peyia Village which is within five minutes walk. You will find everything you need for your stay including a bank, well stocked supermarket and a variety of bars and restaurants. Coral Bay is a ten minute drive away and has some of the island’s best beaches, bars and restaurants. Alternatively, you can relax and sunbathe on the sun terraces at Beau View and enjoy the stunning infinity swimming pool and Mediterranean views.
The property is furnished to a high standard in contemporary style and has been equipped for year round use. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and English TV (including films) and for winter lets there are duvets, fires etc. Towels and pool towels are provided and a small welcome pack will be there to greet you on arrival. It has been described as a ‘home from home’, an ‘apartment with the benefits of a villa’ and ‘just what the doctor ordered’. Put simply, it is just a wonderful place to stay.
I like to give my guests first class customer service and will do everything I can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I can advise you on anything from car hire and airport transfers to diving facilities helping you to craft your perfect holiday. The property is fully managed and we are fortunate to have the wonderful John and Linda, our onsite property managers, who will look after you (and the apartment) during your stay. They can provide local knowledge about places to visit, restaurants etc.

On arrival you will enter through the front door into the large open plan kitchen/dining and living area.
The kitchen is very well equipped with sleek integrated appliances including dishwasher, large Bosch fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. The kitchen has direct access onto the large rear balcony where you will find a comfortable seating area, large dining table and four chairs, barbeque and four sunbeds. There are also a number of fruit trees.
The living room has full width patio doors giving access onto the front balcony from where you can enjoy the stunning views, spectacular sunsets and the twinkling lights at night. Wi-Fi is included and there is an internet based television system which has English television programmes, films etc.
There are air conditioning/heat units in the living room and bedrooms. Ceiling fans are supplied in the bedrooms for use at night.
The master bedroom is light and airy and has a luxury en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto the front balcony. There is also a safe.
The en suite is well fitted with a large shower and good storage.
The second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors onto the large rear garden terrace.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, a dressing table area, air conditioning units and ceiling fans for night use. Hairdryers are provided in both rooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
The main bathroom has a large mirror with a generous marble worktop, ideal for bottles and potions!. There is a bath with shower over. The washing machine is housed in a cupboard and a laundry basket, airer, iron and ironing board are provided.
The front balcony has a comfortable seating area and is a wonderful place to enjoy the stunning views and spectacular sunsets. There is also a covered veranda to provide shade when the sun is at its peak.
The rear garden terrace provides a huge space for outside living and has the advantage of being completely private. It has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, dining table with four chairs and two sunbeds. This restful space has tropical plants and fruit trees and is an ideal place for total relaxation.
Outside is a stunning limestone paved pool area with an infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi, both with marvellous views of the local area and Mediterranean.
The property is very secluded, secure and quiet, yet within just a few minutes walk of the local village.
There is a lift and parking is available outside the development.
